We have systems in place to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest in accepting instructions. In the unlikely event of a personal conflict, we bring it to the attention of the managing partner and the board of directors immediately to ensure that issues are resolved without any detriment to our client. The client in those circumstances would be notified and our representation would be withdrawn.
